go to your privacy and safety settings to turn off private message requests!!! this will help prevent people who don’t follow you from sending triggering videos and pictures!

make sure your location is off and disabled so they have no way of finding your location!
protect your tweets and go private so it’ll be harder to find your account and no one can see your tweets except your followers!

turn on your quality filter (just in case) because it may help prevent you from witnessing a triggering video or picture!
turn off autoplay for videos so the video won’t repeat again just in case you happen to witness a triggering video!
