You guys are just not fit for any service. I have been trying to get to you for a week now. My flight's cancelled and AVA is unable to help in moving the flight. Now don't ask for a DM with details coz I have already provided one. Please respond NOW and assist!

#AirSewa hope this thread finds the ministry's attention. My grievance with respect to rescheduling a cancelled flight is not being addressed and all the communication channels of the airline provider are non responsive. Please help.
