Another medic friend just got back from treated a @Reuters reporter who had been shot in the face with a rubber bullet by law enforcement

Head of MN National Guard asked about this incident just now at presser. Replied by talking about how difficult it is to tell good from bad actors. Said it may keep happening because Guard's job is hard. That's horseshit. It's nonsense. These people were ON. THEIR. OWN. PORCH.
