Update! We’ve located Tenzin this morning. Thanks to attorney Ryan Williams for your help. He was charged with “Being a Pedestrian in a Roadway,” smh. His bond is not much so I will cover it but he’s going to need some camera repairs. If you want to pitch in $iam10zin.
