I said this in a previous thread. And Ill start it now.

Petitions and donations are good, but if you want to end racism, on your own, do your part with these small gestures.

1. Remove 'ghetto' as a adjective from your vocabulary NOW.

Literally, remove and forget that word.
When you describe items and things as 'ghetto' you are saying 'its shit'.

Ghetto in todays terms, you are effectively saying "this is for black people, not me"

And Distwitter and Disney vloggers use this word ALOT.

ALOT.

ALOT.

ALOT.

And it gets ignored.

Remove it
2. Be mindful of your "bad part of town"

Is it rough because its alot of crime in that area, or is it rough because it is predominately blacks that live there?

Most of the time, its a part of town that has a heavy black community.

This is segregation at normalcy.
I heard it every single day while in Orlando and I too was guilty of it.

Until I went into those areas. You understand and you learn that we are normalizing systemic racism by labeling african american communities as "crime ridden" .
