I can’t fucking count how many times I’ve screamed at my Asian-American parents to stop turning a blind eye to movements like these and all they say each time is “Law is law” or “What good is getting mad about it doing for you, look at you being all riled up”

They, as well as millions of other Asian-Americans, are ignorant, complacent and choosing the side of the oppressor. It’s infuriating and impossible to be a part of a family who refuse to educate themselves or contribute to any sort of call to action

Asian-Americans are definitely fucking embarrassed to admit that this “amazing country” they decided to immigrate to is systematically flawed, so to elevate their own positions in society they’ve decided to side with the oppressor instead of with the oppressed. It’s pathetic.

On top of that, it just goes to show that the majority of Asian-Americans lack a moral compass to be able to empathize with how other POC are being unfairly and immorally treated. Simply put, I can’t comprehend how human beings can tolerate the torture and violence towards others
