Lot of discussion lately about outside agitators.

People who don't even live in Los Angeles but are paid to travel here & incite riots & escalate protests to new & higher levels of violence.

Some people dismiss this story but research shows it's got a lot of truth to it.

Arcos lives in Santa Clarita, which is not Los Angeles.

LAPD Deputy Chief Justin Eisenberg lives in Torrance, which is NOT Los Angeles.

He earned $401K in 2018 from outside agitation.

LAPD Assistant Chief Horace Frank lives in Palmdale, which is NOT Los Angeles.

He earned $395K in 2018 from outside agitation.

Many, many hundreds of LAPD officers live in Simi Valley, Santa Clarita, Palos Verdes, Torrance, and so on. They travel to a City they don't live in to serve their agendas by inciting and committing violence. They're paid, and paid well, for this dirty work.
