y’alls support of the “outside agitators” narrative is helping the governor and other elected officials justify the amount of aggression and force they’re about to use on (predominantly Black and Brown) communities this weekend.

are there ppl out there who aren’t from here and just looking to cause problems? absolutely. but its still A LOT of community members born/raised here who are righteously angry and looking to tear stuff up.

as long as rioters had the support of the public, they couldn’t retaliate with a lot of force or it’d make them look bad. now they’re pushing the narrative that they’re “reclaiming” the city from these outsiders and you’re all helping them.

if you’re not from MN, stop arguing with me about this. you don’t understand how MN Nice operates. The police and Natl Guard were absolutely holding back while rioters had outside support. Only think Frey and Walz care about is their image.

the escalation of force and aggression used tonight is a CLEAR indicator of a shift in narrative and support.
