ALL the dummies who start or center their arguments around 'not all' need to take a seat. Please let me explain what you're doing and why it's so bad for everyone.

Maybe you don't mean to be, maybe you're just trying to stand up for the good ones, or think you are one of the good ones. Feels like the right thing to stand up for, I get it. Not all cops murder people. Observe:

Imagine a world, given current circumstances, where *every single goddamn cop on earth* is a murderer. All of them, every uniform is an omen for terror - ALL except one. One not-murderer cop stands alone, somewhere, and gosh he's such a good guy.

Your statement - not all cops are murderers - is STILL TRUE. It's still factually true. Until that one last good cop chokes a man to death with his knee, 'not all cops murder' is true. You see what I'm getting at? A world FILLED with murderous power-abusing bastards in uniform.

You're saying we should ignore them. You're saying don't hold them accountable because not *ALL* of them are bad. What you're saying is just harmful noise that nobody needs to be reminded of because it's not the fucking POINT.

And this goes for that all lives matter horseshit, too. You ever stop to think maybe they're chanting 'black lives matter' because they're made to feel that they dont? You could be the last person standing on earth and 'all lives matter' is still as pointless a statement to make.

Need more? Imagine, then, dave goes to work and every day he gets punched in the fucking face. Imagine he's white if that helps you. One day he turns up with a sign that says 'PLEASE STOP PUNCHING ME'.

Do you think the appropriate response when passing dave in the lobby is to say 'hey, punching *anyone* is wrong, not just you.' Do you think that helps? In any way? At all? Or do you think Dave feels pretty goddamn dismissed by that statement?

Do you think 'Hey man, just wanted you to know, *I* never punched you. Stay strong.' helps? Do you think that improves anything for dave one iota? Do you think Dave might be aware that he hasn't been punched by every person on earth already and that isn't his point?

It doesn't help anyone, it deliberately shifts focus away from the problem. It is harmful. Quiet down and let the people shouting speak. Maybe even give them a listen instead of trying to educate them on why their pain and suffering isn't accurate enough for you.
