just thinking about the rise in the DM and how it was depicted in The Vampire Huntress series.. he had to go to the lowest levels of hell, become demon like, transcend and then fight for the light with his DF who’s been divine her whole life, she just had to recognize
the codes in those books are mind blowing. her real life spiritual team as guardians depicting our spiritual teams in the astral doing the same damn thing.. throwing down to protect us 🙌🏾
he’s always been tempted towards the “dark” side and ultimately paid the price for choosing against his highest good.. but it was all in divine order bc he needed to fall to rise again even stronger. biblical
she was always divine and had to come into herself and learn how to lead her team/family (matriarchs are the spiritual head of the family). also how to be in union with her DM harmoniously bc they’re both gods, yin and yang = balance
he’s more of the physical warrior and she’s the spiritual warrior.. all in balance. gotta know the grimes ways of the physical world to defeat it 🤷🏾‍♀️ game recognizes game, that’s why he had to fall. she just had to keep the space.. the faith
heart racing as I type this thread lol but I read this series for a reason.. currently rereading it now for the same one 👌🏾
