here is a guide for being aspec at pride, made by an aroace person in retaliation of the aphobe:
-aspec is a term made by an autistic aspec person for the ace/aro-spectrum. aspec was never for the autistic community

-an autistic person

-corrective rape doesn't only happen to lesbians, it happens to aspec people as well, it happens to other sexualities as well, it happens to trans people as well
-aspec people belong in lgbtqia+ spaces regardless of our romantic/sexual orientations. we are the A in lgbtqia+ along with agender. we've been here for decades. being aspec alone makes you inherently lgbtqia+
-aspec people do experience oppression. sure, we might not experience homophobia or transphobia, but we do experience APHOBIA. aspec people get sent to conversion therapy and are often told that there is something wrong with us, and that we needed to be "fixed"
and that we'll "find the right person someday". and due to the allonormativity society, which constantly revolves around romance and sex, and expects us all to get married and have kids someday. a lot of us tend to feel alienated by society
-allo: short for BOTH alloromantic and allosexual, a term for people that experience romantic and/or sexual attraction and isn't on the ace and/or aro spectrums
-ALL aspec people are welcome at pride, yes this includes cis heteromantic aces and cis heterosexual aros.
-aspec people are welcome at pride month and we will fight aphobes and have fun.
