how to deal with mental health ;a thread
mental health is kind of sickness include depression,anxiety and stress
and i do believe that some of you have to deal with family and economy problem that somehow worsen your mental health,so I’m making this thread to give you ways on how to reduce your mental health severity :>
first, talk to someone you trust about how you feel this way helps a lot in reducing your mental health severity sebab korang tak simpan those problem alone and make it as burden to yourself so share with someone you trust such as your bestfriend,family or even your partner
secondly, if you have mental health you will likely just stay in your comfort zone,sometimes you just need some rest from those negative places of yours and move,go somewhere maybe outside your house,the park or special spot at your house that can calm and give you the positivity
third, everyone have their own special talents such as drawing,singing or even dancing! this thing really helps you because you spread the positivity to yourself by doing your passion and somehow this thing helps you to forget all your problems and those stress
