Make sure you take water spray bottles, liquid antacid, masks most importantly eye protection use goggles.
Please don't use milk when police throw teargas/ pepper spray it can cause infections instead use COLD WATER to wash your eyes and mouth. Don't forget to clean your hands afterwards
Please turn of your Face ID or Thumb ID on your phone it's important.
If you can't memories the phone number of a person you trust then write it down on your body just in case you get arrested
Charge your phone before going to protest just incase something bad happenes to you.
