So I'm walking with Doug & Some of his friends & we walk past a Hooters & an idiotic conversation begins about what the reverse gender equivalent of Hooters would be like. The conversation was so sophomoric and so vulgar I opted NOT to be a part of it--

-- inevitably it all boils down to what this fictional "Hooters for women" would be called. All of Doug's suggestions were very basic, unfunny, and uncreative, but he kept making suggestions as if he was delivering one brilliant punch line after the other--

--when in truth, only he & Rob were laughing. I stayed quiet & ignored them. It took every bit of my willpower not to shout at the top of my lungs "COCKS YOU IDIOT, COCKS! The reverse gender Hooters would be called Cocks & it would have a Rooster on the logo instead of an Owl"--

--But I didn't. I stayed quiet and waited for the pointless stupidity to pass.

Basically the lesson here is: If you think something is stupid don't add to the noise. The Idiot doesn't need your help to look stupid he can do that on his own just fine.
