whenever a cop kills anyone, the default presumption should be murder, and they should have to defend against that in court. cops are charged with protecting people and are given a gun and authority over the rest of us, so should be held to a higher standard. a police (1/2)
officer& #39;s primary duty should always be to de-escalate a situation, and far too often, they do the exact opposite. if, after all of your training, you are not capable of arresting someone without killing them, you should not wear the badge. (2/2)
