After studying the the video footage I have concluded that all 4 cops should be prosecuted for criminal neglect resulting in homicide. Floyd according to the autopsy had a heart condition and hypertension. He did not die from asphyxiation caused by pressure on the neck.

George died because he collapsed when the officers went to put him in the car. Floyd said he was claustrophobic and did not want get in the car then collapsed. The obvious poorly trained officers interpreted this as resisting arrest rather than a medical emergency....

3. Officer Derek Chauvin pinned Floyd's head with his knee on the back of Floyd's neck (the video does not show his knee constricting the windpipe agreeing with the autopsy) 2 other officers held down his back and legs. Floyd's blood pressure may have accelerated over 200....

4. This could cause him to faint and collapse then go into cardiac arrest. Floyd was pinned down on his belly and claustrophobic for nearly 9 minutes consequently he died.
All four officers are all responsible for his death and all of them should go to prison. RT This Thread
