Seeing what has happened following the murder of George Floyd is just wild. (May he rest in peace) And not just wild, but completely understandable, the black community especially now, is a pressure cooker of hurt and anger.

The trauma that we as a society have burdened these people and their children with for generations will be long lasting. All I can say is I stand with/for you, I will vote only for representatives that recognise your struggle, and I will be there in the street when it counts.

I don’t have an easy relationship with any god, but if there is one listening I hope they’re with you/us all.
