I'm in Newburgh NY, where the Oath Keepers are demonstrating in support of a tattoo shop opening up in defiance of state COVID regulations

Not a huge crowd, but not tiny either

It's my first Stewart Rhodes sighting! Also, I might have just briefly appeared in his Livestream.

There have been a few honks of support from people driving past, including a city bus

They have a giant printout of the Constitution

I count around 50 people, looks like more are trickling in every few minutes

A speech now by the shop owner. I can't really hear him across the street. He said something about a message of freedom.

Now he says they aren't breaking any laws, just executive orders

He says Stewart Rhodes is the model of what American Patriots should be, then invites Stewart to say a few words.

Rhodes talking now about a "tyrannical judge" in Texas

Sounds like Stewart is going to be the first customer of the day

First cop I've seen, but he's just telling people in cars that they can't park here

There are some folks sporting Grunt Style shirts, including one that says "COVID-19" on the front. @milleridriss

It's an interesting mix of people wearing masks and people not wearing masks. Lots of handshaking going on

Someone came over to shake my hand. I declined cause, you know, COVID. He then said "you know it's just a seasonal flu right?" I declined to debate him on that point

They are *seriously* upgrading the sound setup

A couple of folks have been waving an open flag next to the OK flag and all the variations on Gadsden

Nothing new or interesting happening. Just waving flags, standing around the shop, and cheering when cars honk in support

Somebody brought their kid. Younger than 10 I'd guess
