You can lift all the weights you want but if you want to look different you will need to focus on nutrition.

Keto, carnivore, low carb, can all work but they must fit you and be sustainable to change you!
2. Training
Many want that sexy strong look. If so you will likely need to do resistance training 3-4 days a week.

Compound movements with higher intensity is the key here.

Everyone should train for general health reasons but especially if you want a certain look.
3. Cardio
Steady state cardio is a great tool for general health, wellness, and recovery. SS cardio also impacts fat loss!
Go for a WALK! Do it every day.

Do this before you add more intense conditioning like running/sprints/stairs and other stuff.
4. Sleep more

Sleep will drive EVERYTHING!

You will be more likely to overeat on 2 hours of sleep. Try training on 4 hours of sleep. It’s not fun and will impact results.

Sleep drives the process of body transformtion.
5. Reduce stress

Manage your stress and seek to reduce it in every situation.

Avoid drama. Make decisive decisions and don’t let things linger to bother you for days.
6. Balance

Fitness should enhance your life, not consume it.

It takes time to train 3-4 days a week and focus on your nutrition but make sure to focus on family and friends to enhance your life.
