1/ 1. Israeli sovereignty and International Law:

Contrary to off stated erroneous assertion, Israel has every right to extend its democratic sovereignty to land set aside for the Jewish Homeland per San Remo ( 1920), which issued a Mandate to Britain, whereby

2/ ‘close settlement’ of Jews throughout the area subsequently referred to as ‘ #Palestine’ was mandated. 
In those days ‘ #Palestine’ was 3-4 times the size of modern day Israel, and had  been a backwater of the massive Ottoman Empire, a mere satrapy,
desolate #JudeaisIsrael

3/ and unloved. The Ottomans called it Southern Syria. It was the Brits who renamed it #Palestine.
 In 1923 the British overlords stole 77% of the land promised to the Jews per the ‘Mandate’ and handed it to the
Hashemite King Abdullah from Arabia. 
#JudeaisIsrael

4/ Defenceless, Jews could not do anything about it and no one was prepared to uphold International Law at the time. Thus Jordan became the Arab Muslim part of British Mandate #Palestine, today largely comprising ‘ Palestinians’, and the Jews got a mere 23% of #JudeaisIsrael

5/ their entitlement, which today encompasses Israel.  
Important to note too that the dissolution of the Ottoman Empire also brought about states such as Jordan Iraq Lebanon Syria and modern day Egypt. I note western useful idiots have no problem with any of #JudeaisIsrael

6/ those states, it’s only the tiny Jewish state of #Israel that obsesses them. 
To this day San Remo is binding authoritatively International  Law, it was commemorated for its 100th anniversary earlier this year, subsequently rubber stamped in 1922 by all #JudeaisIsrael

7/ members of the League of Nations and in 1925 by the Anglo American Agreement. Article 80 of the UN Charter also confirms Jews rights to Judea-Israel.
You cannot annex land that you already own...and in any case Israel has FURTHER undisputed rights in that #JudeaisIsrael

8/ the land ‘in dispute’, constituting much of the area that Israel will soon exert sovereignty over after 2000 years of Roman Crusader-Christian Arab Muslim Turkish etc colonial occupation,  was illegally occupied by Jordan between 1948-67 who took control of #JudeaisIsrael

9/ ... it in violation of San Remo, destroying dozens of synagogues and expelling or killing every Jew. But Jordan lost Judea and Samaria when it attacked and lost the Six Day War in 1967. Land taken in defence is justifiable and furthermore the subsequent #JudeaisIsrael...

10/ UN Resolution 242 quite clearly entities Israel to Judea and Samaria.
Thus Jordan cannot claim to be a so- called sovereign High Contracting Party of the disputed land , per the Geneva Convention, and which it lost in a war it started. In 1988 Jordan

11/ renounced all rights to Judea and Samaria- but then it had already lost it in ‘67!
Important sidebar. In 1964 the PLO Founding Charter specifically excludes Judea/Samaria as land it demands for a Palestinian Homeland.

12/ their desire to murder all Jews and claim all Israel ) 
There is not one binding authoritative International Law that #Israel violates in regards Judea-(where Jews get their identity from and are indigenous to)  #JudeaisIsrael
Samaria; in fact the ONLY land #JudeaisIsrael

#Palestinians have EVER owned was given to them by Israel per the Oslo Accords 1993-1995 ), and I challenge ANYONE to prove otherwise.
