This incident of #HazaraTown reminds me of my college days when I was beaten to hell in Mariabad along with my friends, we managed to escape drenched in blood... I have never talked about it but today I feel I should write about this horrifying experience.

Back in 2011 I recieved my roll num slip, exam centre is Hazara Society (A school in Mariabad, Hazara dominated area of Qta).
Long story short, one of my friend didn't recieve his roll num slip and board official told him to collect it from exam centre. I.e. HS

Umair asked me and to accompany him to HS school so he should collect his roll num slip from the exam centre 2 days before the exam. Taimoor brought his car and we moved towards the HS, I knew the location from Gulistan rd route but Taimoor said we'll follow the Alamdar road

Route because we're in Bazar and it's the shortest path to reach HS school. We are on Alamdar road and we have to turn left on any moment, Taimoor forgot to turn left and went straight, after few minutes we were elevating on road and I had the sense of going in wrong direction.

Few momwnts later Taimoor said I think I have missed the turn, I told him to take a U-Turn the street was too narrow for a civic to take U-Turn he went straight for almost 100 metres to find a space for making a U-Turn he found it he turned left, then reversed and again straight

Almost done with the rotation... Here comes a guy knocking on the window I pressed the button, the screen went down.. "What are you doing here?" The man asked "we are looking for Hazara Society School" The man started abusing us and slaped me and shaken me to the core....

He turned picked up a brick.. Vibes of things getting ugly had Taimoor move the car, bt the notorious person turned on 180 degree and threw the brick because car was moving, after breaking the glass the brick went straight into the back seat left side where Umair was sitting..

I told Taimoor to drive and to get away, but the streets were too narrow the Notorious person screamed and asked people to stop they were gathered in seconds and tried to stop our car and threw bricks at us now the front wind shield is broken... but I told Taimoor to keep driving

Otherwise these mob will get us killed, I was Taimoor, he had glass pierced right in his face below the eye and lips were bleeding.. I was shocked and overwhelmed.. Taimoor drove while keeping his calm and we went pass the mob of 8, 10 people..

Now the right turn was on our right.. by good fortune he took it we moved passed the General Musa clg and the Gulistan road.. We stoped at Global Centre and when we get off the car, we saw each other drenched in blood.. We went straight to the hospital, Umair had 6 stitches...

In his head, Taimoor had 2 stiches on the upper lip and I had no stiches but my arm was bleeding..

I those days they burned down the car of a Pashtun the well-known "Tor Gull" and a student of FG college was also killed in that area.
People have so many horrifying stories of Hazara dominated area..
This is not the first time.
