The biggest dark spot in India’s lockdown to prevent Covid-19 from spreading has been its lack of planning about migrant workers and the poor causing them unimaginable misery. Some of us have had the misfortune of seeing people die on the streets. Not of Covid, but of hunger.
It was my friend Abhijeet's idea to help the police distribute food to the less fortunate. And I'm glad he came up with it becomes it's the best thing I've ever done in my life.
Before we all go back to university, we're going to make sure the kids back home continue the work Abhijeet began so that the poor in our neighborhood don't have to go hungry again. ❤️
There have been days when I didn't even want to get up. I've struggled to stay sane sometimes. We all have. And I'd like to thank the people who got me through.
Meredith @TheOneChameleo1, the strongest and yet, the kindest person I've ever met.
Michaela @MichaelaPetrko3, who bombarded me with Jared Leto pictures whenever I was upset.
Jane @Jane_ModernMyth, for introducing me to this beautiful family, for being so kind and patient.
And the entire Echelon for being SO supportive. Always. I'm kind of overwhelmed. If I ever get to meet Jared and Shannon, I'm totally going to thank them for bringing us together.

I love 30 Seconds to Mars from the bottom of my heart. I love you guys even more. Thank you.
