As a Nigerian, it’s okay to die from a gunshot wound, especially by an officer of the law.
At least, social media will honour you with a hashtag and a trend which if you are lucky lasts a little longer than 24hrs.
The officer who shot you will be arrested...

Then transferred to a far state, where it’s easy to forget he ever existed, and the media will lose the zeal to follow up to ensure justice.

Also, if you ever get shot, please die on the spot. Do not fight it, don’t burden your soul further, just die.

Cos if you make innocent Nigerians carry you down to a hospital, they’ll have to provide a love letter from your killer, the police, stating why he shot you before you can be attended to.

Doesn’t matter if you are dying, after all you might be a thief, and thieves deserve death.

It’s an abomination to operate on a thief as a doctor. They swore an oath to protect the lives of only the innocent, and clearly, only thieves get shot.

It’s also against tradition for thieves to be arrested alive. So no need treating you and calling the killers
