Was in the ICU earlier and there was this guy and he's only 20yrs old and is intubated due to suicidal attempt which he drank 100 pcs of meds for seizure because he got really depressed for some personal reason.

That's why checking up your friends and family is very important because you can never know when will be the last time that you're going to have a conversation with them.

Asking how they've been is truly important because you can never know when someone is fighting any battle or struggle when people aren't around.

That's why you should be careful with your actions too because not everyone is as strong as you when handling situations.

Highlight of this thread is to always check one another and be mindful with your actions because listening and being careful/kind can be a great help against the cruelness of this world. Atleast choose to be on that side. :)
