there’s something i’ve been thinking about for a little while, and one of my friends got hurt over it, so i want to say something about it.

hi ncity, it’s acu or onion here!! that weird fucker who dms everyone who follows them wack ass questions—

usually some variant of “what fate do the rich/capitalists deserve?” i’ve always done this since the beginning, and it’s always been really fun. the usual response is usually “we eat them” or wtv, but there’s also been things a guillotine pic or a fucking manifesto lmaoo

i initially started it because i thought that it would be funny, and then ncity blew up and i had to dm 200 ppl per day.

now i have over 700 followers, which is uh, incredibly bizarre to me. i didn’t expect ncity to blow up this much—

and having such a large following is pretty scary to me ngl. i just feel like i need to say something though, about being considered a “big account” in ncity.

it’s weird. one of my friends has gotten harassed for this—

—for being a big acc and was subtweeted for being “exclusive” and “pompous” or wtv, and i wanted to address that?

we’re in no way trying to intentionally exclude you from these things or make you feel unwelcome. the main reason why i started the whole wack onion union thing was-

so ppl would feel like i was a fuckinng idiot/chill mf that they could talk to if they wanted;; like i wanna b more personable with u all, you know? but it’s really hard. there’s so many of u guys now. i want u guys to know that some of us try really hard to interact—

with as much people as possible, so whenever we see people accusing us of acting egotistical or untouchable or whatnot, it can really hurt. we want you guys to feel like you can reach out to us and shit. like drop by and complain abt mayor flirting w ppl in front of ur salad. idk

i know this was pretty muddled, so a summary: please don’t accuse any accounts of being exclusive because we’re trying rlly hard to interact with y’all.
