According to http://mba.com , the Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a graduate-level business degree during which students are taught technical, managerial, and leadership skills.

Asides obtaining business insights, the MBA is very popular for helping ...
...students expand their professional network while creating new opportunities to scale their professional career journey. This is very exciting.

One popular tag associated with the MBA is “entrepreneurship”. MBA have been reputed to provide successful business owners with...
...the skills they needed to run that business in question.

In order to quickly determine what to expect in an MBA, you may watch this video via the link below.

Looking intrinsically at what you aim to gain during the MBA, core courses cover various areas of business administration such as accounting, applied statistics, human resources, business communication, business ethics, business law, business strategy, finance,...
...managerial economics, management, entrepreneurship, marketing, supply-chain management, and operations management in a manner most relevant to management analysis and strategy.

Usually, at some point, you will select electives that properly align with your field/objectives.
In looking at specialties (more closely), the @MandersonUA MBA, for example, is reputed to be strategically crafted to bridge the gap between pre-professional students and leaders in the workforce through experiential learning, professional development, networking, & service.
Here are Focused Areas of Study for @MandersonUA at the @UofAlabama x @UAGradSchool. These are typical for MBAs today.

Next, let us talk about the forms your studies can take when proceeding on a MBA. There are a number of them.

According to @AugsburgU, different types of MBA programs include:

1. Full-time MBA
“Full-time MBAs include a full course load, similar to undergraduate degrees”.

2. Part-time MBA
“Part-time MBAs typically evening classes so students can maintain a consistent day job”.
3. Online MBA
“An online MBA allows students to make their own schedule while studying from home”.

4. Executive MBA (aka EMBA)
“An EMBA is a good fit for experienced professionals who want to earn a credential reflecting their business credibility and advance their career”.
Generally, candidates are usually saddled with the need to decide on whether to undertake either the Full-Time MBA or enroll part-time.

In order to decide, here is a resource I strongly recommend. https://www.bschools.org/faq/full-time-vs-part-time-online-mba
