Now idk much about law but for Chauvin to continue to kneel on even after George repetitively said he couldn& #39;t breathe, he should have more charges then what& #39;s been given. Which then goes to show the flawed judicial system. https://twitter.com/PhillyD/status/1266433040672149506">https://twitter.com/PhillyD/s...
-he then didn& #39;t stop after George was unconscious either. Any person with a sense of anatomy would know that the neck has organs that by applying pressure to a certain part of the neck would if not kill the person because of the lack of air pathways but would cause major damage.
-With George also having Coronary Artery Disease, he already lacks blood and oxygen flow that pressure on his neck would& #39;ve most definitely killed him. The plot thickens with the officer and George having worked together as security for quite a while, so they knew each other.
-That& #39;s where it gets tricky because it clearly was not an accident and there was attempt to harm but the courts would not find him guilty of 1st or 2nd degree murder unless they find evidence that it is was planned and premeditated which really only can come from a confession.
-BUT, the owner of the company that the officer and George worked at can be a key person to speak on trial. The owner knew both of them and can prove that the officer had some type of mindset or personality that wouldn& #39;t make his recent actions surprising.
-The owner said on the news that Chauvin would want to pepper spray everyone over a problem that wasn& #39;t that big of deal and would always be on edge. That already right there shows some signs of violent and narcissistic behavior.
-Not to add that photo that& #39;s been circulating around the media of Chauvin& #39;s past offenses. He has a violent past and has been caught up in unlawful actions during his time as a police. All the things that extremely vital when proving someone guilty.
Lastly you have to bring in every living person that knew either one personally that can testify on the character of either Chauvin or George. It& #39;s a tough case that takes lots of fight from society to give George Floyd and his family/friends the justice he needs.
The overall moral of this thread is that the problem falls onto the Judicial system. The system has failed many cases. Yes you can charge someone with crimes but all in all the courts are the deciding factor and change needs to be demanded from the highest power.
