The fire alarms went off around 5:45 this morning. As I was getting up, I could hear Oakland Fire Dept pulling up in the distance and it didn’t feel real. Target was on fire and the building had to evacuate.

Whoever set fire to a building where people LIVE wasn’t protesting against racial injustice. Imagine thinking you were down for the cause and you do some dumb shit like that?

Sitting across the street thinking, “Is this real life?” I rarely get overly emotional, but this time I can’t help it. This makes me think of how much this country has done us wrong that it had to come to this. I hate it here
