The tag is trending bc ppl are accusing Yoon of glorifying a controversial person so much as to include a sample in his track

THE PROBLEM

is you. All of you. What Do You Think's primary message was dissing groupthink. The root of most of the unnecessary conflicts and problems arises when ppl think like CULTS. Scratch that, cults dont even THINK, they just directly act based on what they're being told

The tag is proof of how cults work. Leaders feed followers manipulative lies leading to collective regression. This mass cult-like behavior is condemned in this song MOST ESPECIALLY directed in anger towards ppl like Jim Jones whose words powerful enough to take lives of many

Before this, the story of Jim Jones was either archived only as a memory forgotten in time
or unheard of by others

Choosing to include Jim Jones in his track was an intellectual and artistic decision as Yoongi's platform encourages his audience to research about this topic.

ARMYs are most known for this expertise. Making theories and looking for every meaning they could find. I believe Yoongi had this in mind and utilized it to encourage research, understanding and propagation of the real message that actually needs to be heard
