I don't get how the riots are complicated.

If consequence won't come from above, then consequence happens from the people. Cops murder someone, millions of dollars of damages & costs happen across the country.

If you want no more riots, just have the police stop murdering.

And this is not just a way to get the murderer behind bars.

This is also a way to let the cop that was about to kill an innocent black man in June that know this will happen, that he will become the sacrificial lamb to stop the riots. And the one in July. And the one in August.
