hello there, let me demonstrate some of what my therapist told me to do in means of panic and anxiety. it works for me, I hope it works for you as well!
so this isn't called anything but she lets me do this everytime im panicking over my thoughts and i'm overwhelmed with a lot of stuff. it results to putting your brain distracted over smth else

pls dont do it in the harsh way ;_;
2nd, breathing exercises! take deep breaths, inhale and exhale methods. close your eyes and gently put your hands onto your do it on your desired comfortable position. feel your breathing circulate all through your body. you will feel chills and relaxation from this.
some of the methods given arent suitable for all but you guys can try it ;_; also my moots my dm is up to anyone who wanted to talk! please stay safe reminder that your mental health matters as well likod your physical health!!!
