$HDii well why did it move today. Xu bought this Hdii shell, it was originally going to be Gerpeng Health. Which is now in $SPOM. Merger completed and SPOM is awaiting Gerpeng Financials. That happened because $HDii went into a control dispute from the old owners.

$HDii That means Brimmer and Xu needed to work it out and come to an arbitrary agreement. Thru court or otherwise. The Control Dispute notation was placed on the Hdii shell on OTCmarkets. And will be removed when the control is resolved....a huge piece of that puzzle came today.
