regardless of if you think you have impact, we all need to do our part to raise awareness. black lives are being taken day after day. so i’ll say this, even with absolutely no followers, #BlackLivesMatter is not racist. it is not excluding other lives.

we aren’t saying our lives are the only ones that matter, we are trying to tell you that our lives matter too. if you have an issue with #BlackLivesMatter and you don’t understand why we need to say that, you are part of the problem and need to educate yourself.

when someone says to save the rainforests, that doesn’t mean they think other forests don’t deserve to exist, they’re saying that rainforests are the ones that are in trouble. saying #AllLivesMatter ignores the simple fact that the black lives are the ones in danger right now.

we understand that all lives matter, but the justice system seems to allow us to be murdered without anyone suffering any consequences therefore it is apparent that we need to remind you all that our lives are also important.

you weren’t shouting all lives matter when george floyd, ahmaud arbery, breonna taylor, tamir rice, philando castile, eric garner, trayvon martin, sandra bland, and so many more were unjustly taken from this earth and their killers got off easy.

but obviously you won’t ever understand because your people aren’t the obese being slaughtered. so once again, since apparently you didn’t get it before #BlackLivesMatter
