Protesters have now moved on to I-880 in Oakland and have stopped traffic in both directions.
Both flash bangs and fireworks are being set off near 7th Street and Broadway. Police are using a megaphone to warn protesters that if people continue to throw bottles and set off fireworks, they will declare it an unlawful assembly.
Several people were trying to make their way onto 880 and were chased away by police. A protestor then shot a flare causing a small grass fire, per @daviddebolt
