legally in the US, trans people aren& #39;t a protected category, meaning it& #39;s not treated as a hate crime to kill us, it& #39;s not illegal to fire us for being trans, and we can& #39;t so much as piss at the store w/out fear of getting murdered or raped.

I& #39;m fucking sick of seeing people ask this shit.

btw it& #39;s not my intent to draw attention away from black people during the current events. There are black trans people, too & they have to worry about both of these issues simultaneously.
