If you really know about leadership, you would know feminine traits make leaders excellent because of skills such as empathy, compassion, nurturing, equality, as well as many other traits.

Men can have feminine leadership traits without being a sissy/soft/gay and women can have masculine leadership traits without being bitchy/manly/etc.
