while it is good to be vocal on social media, just wanna remind everyone that it is not the end all be all to your activism. try not to feel guilted into posting proof that you are actively supporting BLM. what you post does not equate to the tangible actions you make.

and understand media consumption is a very draining process. it is important to recognize the privilege you have to be able to log off and not be afraid every day of your life. and reach out to those who can’t.
