So @UberEats I go to pick up an order for collection, only to find the woman working there outside in bare feet and touching a woman outside (so not socially distancing) and the place looked disgusting...

I place another order and emailed your Food Safety team including a picture of the woman in question, I have a vulnerable child so can’t go taking risks with social distancing either, only to be told that they WILL NOT REFUND ME OR DO ANYTHING (but that’s for the feedback)!
This is absolutely not acceptable - I placed another order immediately after at a place I’ve used before (through UberEats) so it’s quite clear I wasn’t happy and I expected your Customer Service team to offer me a refund as it is not satisfactory-Can someone contact me about it?
