So Crank Vaughn has Tim Moen on to dish the dirt on Max. Max did have a problem with the Libertarian platform especially concerning foreign investment which reads as follows....
7. Foreign Investment

We call for the immediate repeal of all special restrictions & taxes imposed on foreign investment in Cdn property and business. All persons living and working in Canada, regardless of citizenship, have an equal right to freely exchange goods and services
So what does that mean? Well, it means that China, or any other dictatorship with state owned companies can buy up whatever the hell they want in Canada. Damn right Max has a problem with that.
Funny how Crank Vaughn, after tearing a strip off Max for his PREVIOUS policy on trade with China, isn't all over Tim for his party's CURRENT policy on foreign investment..then there is their policy on trade...
2. Trade
We believe that each person has the right to exchange goods and services with any person or group, free from coercion. All efforts by government to control or manage trade are improper.
It appears anything goes with Tim Moen's party. Who cares about trade deficits and fairness in trade. Trump certainly does and so should we in Canada. Yeah, Max has a problem with that. Now let's look at Tims immigration policy
We believe that all individuals have the right to choose where to live, provided they do not do so in violation of the rights of others. Therefore, we advocate open immigration policies, along with the elimination of all government programs which subsidize immigration.
I can agree with not subsidizing it, but open borders?
So I can completely understand that Max, knowing that the members of this party support these policies would not want too much to do with Tim's party.
Tim said it himself. They adopted Max's platform as a publicity stunt, meaning their intentions of keeping it were nil
Yet Crank Vaughn mentions none of this. His sole focus is to make Max and the PPC look as bad as possible. Any Libertarians in Tim's party jumped to PPC of their own accord but hey, that's politics, nothing nefarious.
I had a conversation with Max during this time and his reasons for not merging with them WERE his problems with some of their platform and with good reason
There is no way he will support a free for all for foreign investment, trade and immigration.
Crank Vaughn has left the PPC. He said so. He has told us all to fuck off in his previous video. So one would have to wonder what his motivation is now. I think it's pretty obvious. He want to take us down. Don't let him
