1. 2011 – The Information Commissioner's Office gives a warning to Gove to stop his SpAd, Cummings, using his personal email for government business.
2. 2012 – Cummings (and James Frayne, then Director of Communications for the Department for Education) were accused of bullying while working for DfE. The case went to the Employment Tribunal, but DfE settled it out of court for £25,000.
3. 2013 – Cummings publishes a 237-pages document entitled “Some thoughts on education and political priorities”. A nonsensical endless drivel listing anything he ever read, or thought he had read.
4. Head for pages 125-126 to read about pandemics, biological weapons, killing billions, and how opposing GM foods is "ignorant/dishonest". Btw, Gove in 2017 promised that GM crops will continue to be banned in UK after brexit. Let's see eh?
5. 2012-2013 - Cummings, contrary to the SpAd code to avoid "personal attacks", attacked two journalists: @xtophercook for pointing out that Cummings was using his wife’s email to correspond about government business… and…
6. … he also attacked the late Richard Garner, a @Independent journalist of honesty and integrity - “The only person with whom he [Richard Garner] had a famously troubled relationship was Dominic Cummings”.
7. And that’s just a taster up to 2013. Feel free to add.
End.
