Testing data has its own cycle to it — likely due to weekend/holiday drops — but it does look like each peak is getting higher and higher. (via latest weekly analysis https://www.healthvermont.gov/sites/default/files/documents/pdf/Weekly-Summary-of-Data.pdf)
As prev reported, older Vermonters and black & hispanic Vermonters have higher rates of the disease.
Potentially noteworthy: Fever was only reported in 55% of symptomatic cases.
State reports 81% of residents of facilities with outbreaks have been tested. A pretty high number, but it's not clear to me why they haven't gone for 100%.
About those symptoms -- about 85% of known positive cases were symptomatic. Ofc, asymptomatic VTers are gonna be less likely to get tested. (end thread I didn't know I was gonna start)
