Flynn transcripts - material omissions by team Muller (Van Grack):

Flynn's concern was that if Moscow sent home 60 Americans in response to US actions, it would "shut down the [US] embassy."

You won't find that in the Court filings.

Nothing nefarious about these calls.

Flynn was concerned about fighting a common enemy: radical Islamists.

Flynn: "We need to be very steady about what we're going to do because we have absolutely a common threat in the Middle East right now."

12/23/16 - Flynn relays his goals about the Russia/US relationship.

Flynn: "We will not achieve stability in the Middle East without working with each other against this radical Islamist crowd."

It was never about collusion.

About those false statement charges -

Flynn (transcript): "I know you have to have some sort of action... Make it reciprocal."

Flynn recollection to agents (302): my response to Kislyak "wasn't 'Don't do anything.'"

Now it should be obvious why DOJ Prosecutor Brandon Van Grack defied a Court order to produce the transcripts.
