if you didn't know why people are mad about him getting charged with third degree murder and are trending #RAISETHEDEGREE i'm here to tell you

stated by the law depending on the state, third-degree murder may include felony murder regardless of the underlying felony, felony murder only where the underlying felony is NON-VIOLENT

people are angry about this because the action was not "non-violent" and it was not an "accident"

george floyd repeatedly stated that he could not breathe. also to top it off this is not the first time david m. chauvin killed someone which only makes it worse.

also if you didn't know the two were coworkers, for seventeen years. they worked as bouncers at a restaurant together.

also third degree is classified as an unintentional murder and i think everyone can tell that this was in fact very much intentional
