[RTK SPOILER] ...actually ranked the positions. For this week, it just wouldn't have made any sense had the top 3 groups not been the 3 announced, as all the other performances paled greatly in comparison. I was disappointed and quite bored to watch the performances that followed

[RTK SPOILER] It wasn't until, finally, verivery chickidees came at us with a creative, original and well executed performance that flowed well from start to finish. The song, rather than saying it's underwhelming, i'd say the weak point is that it's not the catchiest thing and

[RTK SPOILER] ...it is highly likely, people would not know it or easily like it. Even I, who have taken them under my eye from their debut date, have never listened to this song and could tell exactly that but also was not too bored. It was good enough of a song with an even...

[RTK SPOILER] better stage & strong, though new, performers. They're coated in potential & since DAY 1 with the 90secs, minus mansae for other reasons, they've brought to the table a consistent strength as a group. Which is why I would have swapped their rank this week with Oneus

[RTK SPOILER] I knew it'd be either of the two for that spot and I knew that if Oneus took it, it'd be obvious why --it's flashier and blinding. Here's the thing with Oneus. They are the group I alluded to being my newest interest because I had found quality in their albums.

[RTK SPOILER] To me, I can also see this group as having great potential for the rise of their music as singers in the industry. And I am a total sucker for that. However, on this show I quickly realized the greatest downfall for their participation. They are still rookies.

[RTK SPOILER] Every single week, even from the first 90secs they've fallen short with what they were able to prepare. While other groups showed off their creativity and resources, Oneus consistently remained stagnant. Their reactions say it all, always genuinely shocked by...

[RTK SPOILER] ...what the other groups were presenting as if they're seeing things of this magnitude and finesse for the first time (which you should not be if you've been familiar with or studying kpop for ages) and knowing this but never stepping up enough themselves.

[RTK SPOILER] I think they come each week thinking they've prepared more, prepared enough but the gap is too big. And their efforts end up being short again and again. You can see it in their behind dance practice that there's no special extension to their performances.

[RTK SPOILER] That it's on the level of a regular thursday morning music show. And that is actually why Oneus' dance practice and preparation scenes were cut out from the show. It wasn't enough to be taking up minutes of a limited timed broadcast. So don't blame the production.

[RTK SPOILER] Every time I see Hwanwoong's face on the show, he's more often than not, wearing a face of guilt. It's like he knows they're not doing enough again. And that's what saddened me watching them each week because I wanted them to do better..because I believed they could

[RTK SPOILER, REALLY] I was sad to realize they had a great chance of going home. And when they ranked above verivery, I sighed heavily because it wasn't right even though I knew why so many people would be blinded to vote for them in that spot. I'm not kicking them down...

[RTK SPOILER] I just know that their performance was underwhelming. Believe me when I say I hoped to God they didn't choose that song and that they'd chosen Valkyrie. Watching Lit was like seeing something I'd seen 10 times over again. It felt incredibly overdone even though...

[RTK SPOILER] ...in history, only a good 5 people (probably less) have released a song/performance/mv with that concept. But the reason why it seems stale is because of how explosive BTS' Idol and OHMYGIRL's Destiny was, making it HARD TO PRESENT ANYTHING FRESH with similar theme

[RTK SPOILER] I wasn't even anticipating the next move because I felt THAT familiar with it. And so I was bored. As heck. It was incredibly underwhelming and disappointing again and it made me think that if they went home, I'd accept it and agree. I think at this point in their

[RTK SPOILER] ...new career, it might be too early to categorize them as a group that isn't creative or performance driven so I won't quite solidify that thought just yet but I do think they're growing at a slower pace than the rest on the show. At least next to verivery who

[RTK SPOILER] debuted on the same day and yet has presented so much creativity and capability. Point is, what Oneus lacks right now is experience and the ability to apply. They're going at their own pace and they have a lot to grow into. A show like this only amplifies that.

[RTK SPOILER, really] A part of me is happy they finally moved in ranking but if their safety means another group who has consistently performed better should go home, I can not agree. I do think Oneus should have gone home instead.

[RTK SPOILER, REALLLLYYY] I am in slight shock but more so just silently shaking my head at Golden Child's elimination. They are not a group I stan, particularly have interest in at all, and they didn't make the best first impression with me, but even I know GC and Pentagon were

[RTK SPOILER, really] consistently to be ranked 3rd, interchangeably, each week thus far. This week's perf was underwhelming af, true, and I believe it's mainly because of the song, but they've been doing well all along so it's strange that all of a sudden they're cut.

[RTK SPOILER] Sigh. And double sigh. I know that Golden Child is not a rookie group & are also an underrated one. I don't think them being the first eliminated will be any good for their relationship with the company head or in the industry itself but I wish them all the best.
