Funny how Bazelon fails to mention that the petition Kamala fought against was Gage's third. And federal law expressly prohibits filing of successive petitions for habeas relief, not to mention Gage didn't even know what was in the exculpatory evidence. More BS

I haven't dived deep into the Johnny Baca case, but the Daniel Larsen case is just bureaucratic handovers moving slowly because he was ordered to be released while Jerry Brown was still attorney general. Happens all the time.
