Wrote my last exam and now officially done my 1st year of med school today @uoftmedicine. Whirlwind of a year but so grateful to be where I am. It’s hard to stay positive nowadays so I thought I’d give some shoutouts to some of the people that made this year amazing

First is @VanessaArciero who sees the positives in every person, a quality that will make her such an empathetic physician. Also, appreciates the ferocities that are the Toronto wind tunnels.

@ImaanKherani a bundle of joy to be around. She is such a wholesome person who genuinely cares about those close to her and is always there for check-ins. A mighty little warrior!!

@sarah_hyett brings such amazing knowledge, insights, and of course, a sense of humour into the medical field. Equally important, she makes a bomb spinach cheese dip that may or may not have changed my life

@SerenaTejpar the queen of empathy herself who I worked with the most during first year. An amazing friend who I will always look up to for her strength and adversity.

And lastly @ninavujovic1, our study days and nights just sum up how much time we spent together this year. A caring, genuine, and generous friend who will use those exact qualities with her future patients.
