At the end of January, WHO warned of a global health emergency. On the very same day, Trump's HHS chief sounded the alarm, and Trump dismissed him as "alarmist."

Trump continued credulously accepting China's downplaying of the virus throughout February.

Trump keeps citing his glorious travel restrictions on China. But those didn't have nearly the impact he says they did. And all throughout February, Trump continued to refuse to act, even though many in his own government wanted him to:

And even into *March,* Trump was still claiming coronavirus would miraculously disappear. On *March 13,* a month and a half after WHO declared a global emergency, he said:

"I don't take responsibility at all."

As we see again today, he still doesn't.
