#JusticeForShaliTilson my brother was wrongfully arrested & killed in rockdale county jail. Sherriff Eric Levett & the GBI attempted to cover it up blaming it on dehydration. Shali was a great man, his smile lit up any room he entered. he was studying to become a paralegal.

He recently moved back to Georgia to help take care of his family because his father had a stroke. Shali suffers from bipolar & schizophrenia. On the verge of a mental break down he went for a walk and was arrested. was held in a suicide watch cell for 9 days & offered no water

in that same cell he tried to climb the walls, he pressed the call buttons for help, screamed cries & died. the GBI wouldn& #39;t allow his family to see his body for 2 months. when his family demanded answers they just showed very graphic pictures

on May 11, 2018 Shali& #39;s body was released to his family in a little black box. he had decomposed so much they couldn& #39;t even get him embalmed. 1 officer resigned before he was terminated & others were suspended without pay .... THAT IS NOT JUSTICE
