(2/5) I am an essential employee whose department has been working since the University closed. I am immune compromised and can not work because the University has not been in compliance with executive orders put in place to keep workers safe.

(3/5) I have been trying to work with management, HR, and the Union but most of my emails go unanswered and when they are answered prove to say nothing helpful.

(4/5) I was told to obtain an accommodation but employee health said this was not appropriate as the measures I am requesting are mandated…per the executive orders.

(5/5) My subsequent emails of concerns went unanswered until this week when again, my concerns and questions were not addressed directly.

I have been without pay since April 9th.
