I would like to respect OP’s efforts in compiling a list (it really does take up a lot of time) and while the called out list does include some ssng sites that have otherwise broken other rules, the recent 200529 mubank snaps are not against the rules. Firstly, OP refers to a screenshot about 27th Sept. if you search up “27th sept portraiture rights music bank” you will find their statement. The statement prohibits videos in particular.

Looking at KBS official bulletin board, on the 25th of sept, they actually said it’s open to “outlets AND FANS” and they allowed “stills” (photos only)

Regarding the coronavirus issues, the bulletin has been constantly updated to say that it will be closed to fans for the “on the way to work” area (outside of mubank area). However these stopped on the 7th/8th. We can assume anything after that is open to public again.

This being said, I definitely do not condone trespassing and breaking of rules (eg filming inside the studio). I just want to make it clear as some innocent fansites (ref to those that have not been proven as sasaeng before) are involved in this misunderstanding.

Also last week’s 5am snaps aren’t allowed bc those are private pre-recordings so yes go ahead and call them out. Also - regardless, this is still a gathering of an insane amount of people so it’s definitely not good for any safety and health measures.

I became q invested in this haha bc I don’t want to be RTing wrong photos either so I went to search a lil more. In the case you don’t want to assume it’s open now - in most of the photos there’s tight staff and security as well as barriers. This probably means that

photos were taken either from outside the compound or they just barricaded the artist walkway and let people come up to until the barrier. The problem Mubank had with them in April was people jumping the barricades which led to a complete shutdown of the area

If it’s the former and even if they were not trespassing or breaking any rules technically, if you feel uncomfortable with it that’s completely fine. Also as a side note the other music stations never had this “otw to work” photo op so they only closed off studio entry meaning

whether or not u guys wanna determine the photo taking outside the studio building is ok or not is up to the individual I guess? Since authorities haven’t really disallowed neither allowed this
